This is an excellent Restaurant, primarily take out. I recommend the Thai. However, the Capital Chicken is exceptional, and they will make a Capital Tofu for you with Crispy sesame tofu substitute for chicken. This dish with their high quality ingredients and gently cooked vegetables is the best take out anywhere.
I have ordered from Evergreen Chinese for years and for many reasons. Their restaurant is very clean. They are professional when answering phones and super customer service. Never one time have I had any order issues. All of the dishes I've ordered were huge portions, great tasting. This is by far the best Chinese,Thai restaurant in the Allentown area. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

1st the Lemon Chicken best I ever had and I've been to every major city and state, chicken cooked perfectly and the batter is crispy and hits with that deliciouslemon sauce, 5 stars, next the Hot and Sour soup was amazing, I was feeling under the weather and it made me feel good, can't wait to pass back through Allentown I will be stopping for sure.
