There are plenty of Dominican restaurants in Allentown, but this place is the best, hands down. The quality of the food and the gracefulness of the owners is unmatched elsewhere. I have tried at least 8 other restaurants in the area and none compare to this one. This gem is definitely one of a kind in Allentown. The owners are a sweet Dominican couple. The wife runs the front of the house and the husband is the chef. The service is amazing. Rosy and Nelson are very nice and accommodating. You can substitute pretty much anything on the menu.
