We ordered food to go. Our food was super soggy and small portions. We stopped by to get our food at the bar, drinks were healthy and reasonable. Facility was nice and clean, staff was kind. When we called to order, the person who answered the phone must have forgotten about us and never came back to get our order. We hung up after 10 minutes and ordered online.

We’ve been coming to Sunset for more than 20 years. The customer service has gone way down. Tonight we saw at least two tables get up and walk out due to lack of service. It took at least 5 minutes to be greeted. There were only two servers on a Saturday night for the entire restaurant and neither had any “get up and go”. I have lived close by for 15 years now and have tried this place at least 10 times. Each time there is something lacking. My last online pickup order they forgot something and I called back to have them refund the card. No problem! But it never got refunded.The food itself is always just ok.
