I have been to Bamboo many times beyond counting at this point, small parties mostly but sometimes a little larger (6 - 8). I have also (probably a dozen or more times) enjoyed their take-out service. In my opinion both dine-in and take-out choices are solid and enjoyable but I must say the take-out experience carries somewhat greater value. After trying a few places for sushi and Asian inspired dishes, Bamboo is our favorite in the Valley. The sushi is amazing and fresh. We always have great service and I love that it is BYOB.
My wife is GF and my daughter wants Asian, so we tried this place out. Wide selection from sushi and sashimi to Thai and Chinese. All our food was wonderful and the servers were professional and courteous. We’ll be back!
