Popeye's is the best fried chicken amongst the other chicken joints. Everything is delicious. The Spicy chicken is my favorite drizzled with a jalapeno. The brown gravy has a nice Cajun taste. The beans and rice is complex smokey and suttle. The biscuits are actually buttery and soft. It's the only chicken joints that's worth the price.
This is only my second time going to Popeye's. My first time was horrible (@ a different location years ago). I'm glad to say this time was much better. Food came out hot and delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. I will go back.

Service was slooooooooow. Used the drive-through, and we were the only ones in line, still had to pull forward and wait for food. Plus, side it came out hot, just had to wait close to 10 minutes.
