The food is fine, standard Americanized Asian food, nothing exciting. The soy sauce should be diluted with a bit of water (or use a low-sodium version). Dipping the roll in soy sauce picks up too much salt as it’s heavy with rice on all sides.
We were in Bethlehem on a beautiful September Saturday to ride bikes and walk around town a bit. We happened upon Lost Tavern brewing on the main street and then saw Randevoo and decided to go in for a bite and some beers. The place was clean and cool with a cozy decor. The staff of Randevoo were really friendly and helpful with menu choices. We tried the Korean fried chicken, the short rib skewers, and a sushi roll. Everything was freaking fantastic! We went to the Randevoo sushi bar in the Allentown market and it was absolutely fresh and delicious! Greg was so friendly and informative. The ingredients are top notch, the ginger is crisp, the sushi was delicious. We had two rolls and both were incredible. Service was great too. Highly recommended, we will for sure be back asap!
