I'll start by saying that this wasn't always the case, but that's enough now... just because you have to work doesn't mean you can or should be rude to people. I have to agree with some of these other reviews. God forbid you ask a question. No one should be made to feel like they're being such a bother for coming out to your location and getting food. My six-year-old loves this place, which is the only reason we go. While the food is decent, the service is HORRIBLE.I commend those working during COVID, so I always make sure to leave a generous tip, even for takeout. However, the girl who works behind the counter is absolutely miserable. You ask for ketchup, she gives you a look. You ask for napkins, she says there are already some (one) in your bag. The food was good the seating was plenty the staff was polite everything was clean neat amd organized like it like. Security was on Segways everywhere I looked . The mall has the game together no complaints no hassles no worries. Plenty of parking outside .
