“If you are wanting to try out sushi this is a great place to start. Priced very reasonably & not an overwhelming menu. You can try a variety of rolls & sashimi without breaking the bank. Service was quick & the place was busy. They also have hibachi.Tons of parking & dining room is large.“
“Crunchy Salmon Special Roll- Spicy Salmon, Eel, Avocado, Cream Cheese tempura styled with special sauce.Eel Sushi-Both sushi rolls are exceptional. Ordered from Grubhub to be delivered to my house. It came still hot. I love it. Will order again.“
“So this little place I had ordered take out from a few times and loved it, so I stopped to fine in on my way home and I had the best experience! First my order was fast and the hospitality is second to none, I had to compliment their wonderful establishment and their amazing food and he brought me out a complimentary ice cream which was such a wonderful gesture of how they want to make their customers feel, we need more places just like this one, definitely a go to spot! And take a look at the presentation, food beauty at its best!!!“
“This place is a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised by the very generous portions, reasonable prices and the excellent service. The food was so delicious, my kids begged us to return the following evening for dinner! As a former pizza restaurant owner, their newly tweaked dough recipe is on point and consistent. We had the best pizza on the East coast 2 nights in a row. We made sure to order extra, as our server Yoram suggested the pizza was even better heated up later. If we're ever back that way in Philly, you can be sure we already have dinner plans!Kid-friendliness: Excellent service and the server was extra kind to my kids and even gave them treats for behaving so well during the meal“
“The staff is lovely, the food is great and it’s a nice little spot! Clean and friendly, their sushi is fresh and delicious. The ramen is also very good as well as all the appetizers I have had. This is my go to sushi spot, as the owners/staff are courteous, professional and make you feel like family. I would highly recommend!“
“I recently ate here on Saturday. This restaurant was my second option because I was running too late to my first. When I tell yall I'm so happy it turned out this way!! I took my nephew who loves ramen.Food: I eat at a lot of asian restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Korean). THIS EASILY IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY. Asian food or not. Very fresh, very clean. And surprisingly extremely affordable. We ordered 1 hibachi meal, 2 ramen (one with (2) extra toppings), 6 soft drinks, 3 appetizers PLUS 20% tip all came to $100!!! My nephew completely ate every bite of his ramen plus broth, which was why we came to this restaurant. There were NO leftovers as it was absolutely delicious and I WILL return.Service: Only one woman who I didnt catch name but the receipt said "BOSS" and even though I was skeptical at first she is very prompt and was pleasant to be around. I was very happy to leave a large tip and I highly encourage it for others to do so as well. She is obviously very hard-working.Atmosphere: Its small but you can tell a lot of the decorations were made by (i believe) the daughters of the owners. It was very homely, cozy, and very cute decorations.Overall 5/5 I highly recommend every single thing.“
“ive been to many american chinese places in philadelphia- Asian Bamboo is definitly one of my top 3! Their chickn & broccli is uncompatable! They have very fresh food. Also, as an added bonus have sushi ....again extremly fresh and tasty! i drive 15 minutes past probly 15 other chinese resturants to get my take out here!“
“Came here with my mom from a recommendation her friend gave. We really enjoyed the sushi! The prices were very affordable, we paid less than $40 for two entrees and two soups. However the cleanliness was a little suspect for me. You can see the area where the chefs prepare the sushi, and it reminded me of a Waffle House.“
“This place deserves way more hype and attention. In my opinion they have the best food in town, also by far the freshest. I usually get the chicken hibachi meal. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, the veggies are so fresh, and the rice is just amazing. It comes with a salad and soup which are both outstanding. I've gotten sushi a few times too and they just impress me every single time. A true hidden gem. Every sauce I believe is homemade- and they do it perfectly. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough. Also they gave us a crab salad sample last night...I don't usually like crab but WOW that was good! Thank you so much! I will come here forever.“
“Loved this place been here a couple of times and the food and service is the best you could get. Refills water periodically, takes trash off table for you, packs your food to go if you don’t finish it. The boba is good here the balls are really soft and chewy. Must get the karaage chicken def a good portion size. The decorations here is so cute too love the vibe this place gives.“
“Authentic, delicious, affordable! Fresh, hand-battered shrimp tempura is a rarity these days. The batter is light, crispy, and savory. The house blend tempura sauce is sharp, savory, and enhances the flavor of the tempura. Most other places just fry up frozen tempura or frozen panko breaded shrimp. It's alright, but it can't compete with the authentically made version.Musashi is the real deal. I've been to many Japanese restaurants that are just Chinese restaurants larping as something else. I'm glad Musashi is so close by. Gone are the days of having to drive two hours or cross state borders to find a good Japanese restaurant with Japanese owners. I'm excited to try everything else on the menu!“
“We had a wonderful early dinner today and the food was excellent! The service was very friendly and we especially enjoyed a nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Bruce visited us and he pays close attention to every detail. We will be back soon.“
“I went here with a crew of 6 to celebrate a special day, and it was a really good experience! By no means am I a sushi expert, but I am not a newcomer either and to me it was pretty great experience, especially the tempura shrimp on the mango shrimp roll.. We ordered the Party Platter D which came with 64 pieces total comprised of Alaska roll, tuna avocado roll, california roll, spicy tuna roll, sweet potato roll, tiger roll, mango shrimp roll, and creamy crab roll. The mango in the mango shrimp roll was also a welcomed change of flavors. Lots of options. We ended up getting one of the family meals that really satisfied our group's stomachs and wallets. Generally it is a little expensive, but it's a local establishment that also doesn't have a liquor license to bring in easy revenue. On that note, this is a BYOB restaurant, which is pretty neat, allowing you to save even more on your overall price if you plan on drinking. I wonder if they would be willing to warm your sake for you? My only food recommendation (which I communicated to the open and friendly guy at the counter, is that the spicy tuna wasn't very spicy. Maybe now it will be spicier if they've had similar complaints since the time I went--probably 5 months ago at this point. Otherwise, my only other complaint is just that it's a small place--about 8 spots at the stylish wood sushi bar, and two picnic style tables that can seat 5 if you pull up a chair, so it might be a little tough to find a spot if you're going out with a crew.“
“Very nice place with good service. It has become our favorite. There are always free seats, the halls are large. The rolls are absolutely delicious! Huge selection for every taste and budget. The pieces of fish are large and the rice is small - an ideal ratio. Pour delicious green tea, top up as needed. The waiters are helpful and well-trained - 5th arrival. It’s clean, the tables are clean, overall cleanliness and order - I really appreciate this, a rarity in our region. Prices for a set of rolls start from $5 - and this is a large number of types like Philadelphia, etc. I definitely recommend it.“
“Really good chicken teriyakiOrdering online and then paying in store is very convenientIt would be nice if they had a spicier hot sauceVegetarian options: Some dishes are vegetarianParking: Small parking lot shared with adjacent businesses and restaurants“
“Hibachi is always a fun way to have a group dinner. Our chef was a little new and a little nervous but kept the vibes good and the food was great. A couple mistakes here and there but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment. The servers were pleasant and service was quick.“
“Incredible experience at Akira for the second time. The service was absolutely excellent. Our waiter literally hustled and was on point with every single thing we needed and he brought out the cutest kids chopsticks for my friend’s son. The food was perfect and delicious and came out quickly. The staff were all personable and friendly. Love this place.Btw try the tempura ice cream. It was unique and SO good!“
“Been coming here for years and it has always been amazing. When the owner Marina knows you by first name when you walk in l, that says something. Can’t go wrong with anything you get here. You HAVE TO get basil sandwich either tuna or salmon.“
“First visit and most likely will return. This place is in a shopping center so quite convenient for parking. The atmosphere was pleasant with koi swimming in a tank and comfortable seating. Service was friendly and timed well. Everything we ate was good. Our visit was during the winter holiday season and after paying our bill we were gifted with an individual tea thermos. Very nice surprise Price for two, with two appetizers and one entree each was reasonable at just under 50.“
“I'm traveling from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in order to enjoy the greatest sushi and won tons! I order shrimp tempura, philadelphia roll, won tons and hot green tea for a drink. Excellent location for a laid-back date or family get-together as well. The assistance is excellent! Every time I go there for dinner, I wish I knew her name! She looks after my significant other and me. She always has a smile on her face and a cheerful disposition to help everyone, even when she is under pressure“
“Honestly some of the best chicken hibachi I’ve had. Like real good sized pieces of chicken. Our waitress was nice and had perfect skin. I almost wanted to ask what she uses.Kid-friendliness: Kids running around with lollipops. Seemed to be having a great time.“
“Located on the main route through Moorestown it was a very nice space to enter and be greeted with wonderful aromas. Started with the Chinese pizza. It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor. The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh. The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Also it seemed that many people ordered out from there. When you are in Moorestown, be sure to stop by.“
“A Delightful Sushi ExperienceI recently had the pleasure of dining at Osaka Sushi, an incredible sushi restaurant, and I must say, the experience left me in awe. “Hands down my favorite restaurant in Bristol. We eat here at least twice per month and always leave satisfied. Deliciously reliable - one of my favorite dishes is the vegetable udon. The sushi is always fresh and satisfying. Fantastic service!!!!!“
“Why do Thia restaurants always claim Japanese fist in their name? I learned much conversational Japanese while training with Hikaru Nakamur and am almost certain no one here speaks it. I notice the same thing with Pakistani restaurants, they always put Indian in their name first.“
“Came in with 7 people last night(last minute, no reservation) for our son’s Birthday. Food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. Wonderful personal service very much appreciated & the fried cheesecake with the birthday candle made the evening very special. We will definitely be back!“
“The restaurant is good for couples or big groups. The service is good, there is no comments. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Music plays and temperature is just right. Now, the food is tasty as always, and it was on the table in 14-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!“
“just did takeout from here. the hot food was packaged in 'hot togo' bags. when we got it home, the hot food was still crispy and the cold food was still chilly. the sushi was awesome. super fresh. I can't wait to do the eat in experience because the take out was great!“
“You would think Shumai Wok is actually a dine in restaurant from its name. But it is actually a takeout and delivery restaurant. With that being said, don't expect off-the-chart service and food lol. Everything is pretty fast-paced in here. Don't worry about parking, since SW sits in a little center. I've only gotten sushi from Shumai Wok, so far so good. My favorite is the Philly Roll. It has the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado(I have ask to sub the cucumbers with avocado). Boston Roll and Crispy Kani Roll is also very tasty. Will update once I try other rolls in the future.P.S. Shumai Wok accept credit cards. If your purchase is under $10, they will add a surcharge of $0.50, I guess for fees.“
“Cute spot! Waitresses very nice. Ordered the emperor roll, gyoza, and fried rice. Food came out very fast. TRY the emperor roll !! It was very good, lots of variety in one roll, and didn’t disappoint the taste buds. Btw the raw fish on the roll did NOT have that weird texture that makes you want to throw up..thats VERY important!! Fried rice was good, I personally hate fried rice with peas and carrots so this rice was perfect for me because it didn’t have any! Gyoza was good too. Also what gets bonus points is the bathroom. Very clean, smelled nice didn’t make me want to scream like most restaurants bathrooms do.Try this place! 10/10 recommend :)“
“I've only ordered delivery, so I can't speak on the full experience, but this is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had in this city. Bf and I ordered house special fried rice and salt and pepper chicken wings on a late night mission, and both agreed it was absolutely delicious.“
“This place is wonderful, I frequent here at least monthly if not more when I’m in the area. Lunch specials very affordable and tasty. Their poke bowls, sashimi and rolls are all delicious and fresh. I’ve done eat in (great atmosphere and service) as well as takeout. Highly recommended for the area!Parking: Lots of free parking in the shopping center“
“We Have been going to Sushi House for years. My wife and I miss eat in, but are glad they are still doing take out. We will likely still do take out most of the time when they reopen the dining room, but we will be eating in again as well as soon as they reopen eat in.“
“Nothing bad to say about this place, quality and freshness of food is good staff is friendly and attentive. Based off multiple experiences throughout the years, assuming non of this changes I'm sure I'll be back.Vegetarian options: LotsParking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is located on 1st floor with adequate size entrance and can accommodate wheelchairs and or electric wheelchairs. I wouldn't recommend larger electric mobility scooters without double checking with the restaurant prior to arriving especially during busier times .. I would imagine there may be a bit more difficulty accommodateing them..“
“Overall I have had a nice experience with this place, have only ordered for take out so I can’t speak for the inside. This is the third time I ordered from this place. The food on the pic costed me around 150-170$ and was enough for 8 people. Very delicious food and a lot of variety, staff was friendly. Would go back again. I recommend it ?“
“Came here several times and we always have an amazing experience! The food is great quality and so delicious!! Every singe item we tried was yummy so just order whatever sounds good to you! (But I will say that the gyoza is the best I've ever had). The atmosphere in the restaurant is awesome. If you get the chance, try out one of their rooms for dining - it's a really fun experience. You sit on cushions on the floor but there is a cutout underneath the table where your legs can go to sit comfortably as if on a chair.Anyways, amazing experience! Definitely recommend!“
