I will never go to this location again. I used to co-manage three separate Wendy’s stores, I am shocked how this specific location still operates. No manager on site, it took about 20 minutes for my order to properly be taken inside because the employee was unable to perform a manager override on the computer when the order was incorrectly taken. They almost overcharged me as well for food I did not order. An employee had to wait for the manager to answer their phone to do this....read full review
I am not a very big fan of Wendy’s customer service. However, I was at this Wendy’s, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was here on Saturday, February 4th. Put my order in around 12:50 PM. The lady who took my orders name was Maria. She greeted me with a smile, and a, “Hi how are you today”. Doesn’t sound like much but it goes a long way. She had my order out in about 2 minutes tops. All with a smile. She should be promoted to regional trainer. Nice...read full review

Wendy's is hit or miss nowadays. Some of the staples are still good, but the quality is all over the place. Wendy's used to be my favorite, but now I hardly go there anymore. I'd rather drive a little further to go elsewhere. They lost me when they changed things around years ago.
