Honestly I am very disappointed.. and disgusted with the meal I had today I came in and had their chicken ceaser salad in a tortilla bowl and mid way thru eating the salad I found a HAIR in it, I then brought it to my server’s attention and was only offered a new salad to take home which DID NOT contain chicken in it only lettuce, cheese, tomato and the tortilla.. so I still ended up having to pay even tho I was NOT satisfied.

I have never been treated more rudely in my life. Long story short I had an interview there. I walked in at 7:32 because no one warned me that there’s absolutely no parking in downtown Bethlehem even at this time of day which was early the manager instead of having any understanding at all, cut me off before I could say anything and tell me she would not be giving me an interview. No question no care that. I just drove 25 minutes to get there that I got ready. Nothing I have never been treated with such disrespect the place might be nice and the food looked amazing, but for management to be that ignorant, I feel that that brings down the whole atmosphere of the diner. Rebecca, maybe you should think about it better career choice because customer service is not your Highpoint. Sad part is you lost out on one of the best servers you would’ve ever had, but because you’re so jagged and have no understanding you’ll never know that. Or maybe it’s because I wasn’t 18 years old? Makes you think doesn’t it sorry Billy‘s downtown, get better management you’d have better Comments

The service was very good but the portions were ok. The lemonade was majority ice and not refillable, also pricey for the amount given. You have to park along the street and pay for it. The place is very neat and cozy.

Wow! Can't say anything but praise for this super delight! Eggs Benedict were super! Super wonderful service (a greating as soon as I walked in, quick service, meal came extra quick, and two employees checked to see how everything was going a few times, plus I didn't have to wait long for my bill r to pay.). The interior is modern, clean and pleasant. Very comfortable seating. Bravo!

Billy's Downtown Diner is open for breakfast and lunch. This location can be found in Bethlehem off of E Broad St.I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The food was delicious and our server Lauren was awesome.I ordered the Sriracha Bowl. It's a tortilla bowl filled with classic papas, pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, diced tomatoes, melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, guacamole, pickled jalapeños, scallions, and sriracha sauce. This is a very nice, upscale classic booth/bar style American diner serving breakfast and lunch. The menu is very creative and includes many options, including for those with dietary restrictions. The food had a stunning presentation and was very good, albeit the pancake was overcooked and the strawberries were underripe (it is winter however.) The staff was very friendly and was pricier than an average diner. Overall 4.5 stars.
