Every single time i fet food from here the soda is flat. or corbonated with no flavor. I’ve never experienced this at another burger king or franchise. Who is running your store a groups of 15 year olds. Fix ur soda machine

Worst service ever. Multiple customers ended up screaming at staff do to their terrible attitude. They moved in slow motion and completely ignored the in house customers while continuing to help the drive through customers. Oh, they took the money, just refused to provide the food. I guess they get dinged on too long drive-thru waits but not on in house ones. The staff loudly gripedabout how they "weren;t taking anything" from anybody today. Finally after over 10 min, of being ignored, I asked what the problem was and that caused one of the people ahead of me to start complaining loudly ( rightfully so ) and it got kind of ugly. I was handed some very cold food and sat to eat ( no napkins in the dining room or the bag ). Two more customers ended up yelling in anger the long wait.There is a McDonald's across the street so no more BK for meKid-friendliness: angry customers and surly staff are not kid friendly

Just came here for lunch with my 3 year old daughter. 3 employees at the counter and one in front of the register. Two minutes without even a hello, only expletives from the employees. Walked right back out, what a disgusting place.

1 star is being generous. Everytine in there for my door dash order. Manager walks around more worried about her Bluetooth speaker and yappin on phone. In theee days ago when another manager and the cashier were saying racist comments and making jokes about Someone. Place is a circus. Fries laying underneath a Trey they just pick up and throw in with new ones. So gross.

Took 10min in drive through to even be acknowledge simple order. Did not get full order went back in then they forgot to put chesse 9n the burgers we dod order itChecked food it was icecold. Tried calling no one would answer called easton store and no help there. Done with this place
We got there at 12:30 pm, it took like 15m to get our food, they forgot my onion rings and our food wasn't even hot and fresh. All of the tables were dirty. There was only about 15 ppl there, no one was in line when we walked in. There were maybe 7 cars in the drive-thru. All of the employees were just going through the motions. Some of the patrons who came in after us started to complain. I really wish there was better management and that the workers took more pride in what they do BK needs to change something at this location.
This is probably the cleanest restaurant I've seen and very friendly. The female manager is very nice as well as the guy who is always in the grill area. I stopped early for breakfast, they made it fresh and he called to me from the grill apologizing for the

It’s a Burger King and consistent when it comes to food which is always important. This particular location however, always seems to have odd tasting beverages. I don’t know if it’s a matter of the system needing cleaned or what it is but it is definitely not same as other locations.
