Love this place! But I especially love my casino host at Windcreek, Shannon Molettieri which just took a group of us to Aruba with the Windcreek benefit. I brought my sister as a guest and she was also impressed with Shannon and the whole trip. Beautiful Hotel that is connected to a large casino and event center. Totally enjoyed the George Thorogood concert and never had to go outside once parked! Beautiful and spacious room ! The hotel was immaculate . Only negative was the food court items had highly inflated prices for the items offered.

The new wing is complete, and overall it's nice. Better parking, room appointments, etc. Seems like a slightly farther walk to the casino and the old elevators must be presently out of service. Staff needed to ride with guests or wait (I let them ride with me). The toilet paper holder in my room was broken, but despite numerous efforts to point out the fact to housekeeping, the holder was returned to the broken position.
