Food is ok. Pizza is made sloppily. They need better customer service inside. I was not greeted and didn't wish me off. The place does get busy, but the staff seems stressed nowadays, like they can't handle much business. Their meat lovers pizza is better, but it has fallen off recently. Is not my go-to anymore.

Everyone knows that Westgate Pizza has great pizza. The last time I changed it up, I got a salad with shrimp. FANTASTIC! Great Service, too!!

Server needs to adjust her attitude. Really awful. Rolled her eyes when I told her they forgot the cheese in the cheeseburger, rolled her eyes for mostly every request. Food was good though.

This used to be a place I looked forward to eating at. Since Covid hit the only thing worthy of ordering and it being delicious to eat is pizza and calzones. After this most recent incident that is all I would order in the future if at all.I was at SkyZone with my kids and came here for 2 kids meals and 2 shrimp Cucina dinners. $60 total for food and literally threw away the Shrimp dinners. The grease was one thing but the horrendous amount of salt was off the hook. I called to complain and request a refund and was put on hold and ignored. The person that took my order was rude and you can tell he wanted to leave this place. He had zero desire to take my order and everybody else in line. What a shame this whole experience was. 3/7/24 Friday night 7:00 ish.When I initially walked in there was like 3 or 4 tables sat but all the other tables had dirty dishes on them. No team work in this place. Food is a hard job but the customer is who pays the bills. This was my first time ever experiencing something like this. We heated the food up and tried to plate it to eat but between the oil and salt there was no way anybody could eat it! Waste of food snd waste of my $. I no longer can recommend this pizzeria.

BEWARE: On a previous visit I watched the kitchen staff member use the bathroom and return to the kitchen without washing his hands, so I left without eating! Also, the prices on the menu are not what you are charged!!! 3/02/2024 - I mentioned this because I was being overcharged and the cashier stated, “but all prices are subject to change”. Totally unacceptable!

My and Hubby are new to Pa and stopped here for the 1st time we ordered a large sub sandwich soooo disappointed when we got home it was 2 slim slices of Ham and salami on this long roll asked for mayo u could barely see it, DISAPPOINTED FOR REAL

Customer service was not good at all, disappointed because it’s usually better. Very rude front workers, one might’ve been the owner (working with one arm in a sling and didn’t understand a simple “half pepperoni with fries” order, also insisted how he was right after he finally understood the situation.). Upon returning home food was cold and needed to be reheated (only a 5-6 min drive.) This type of situation is all around unacceptable and I hope others do not have to deal with this.

the cashier kept ignoring us when we were trying to order and walking away. he then took my money and then went to cut me a slice and warm it up with his same dirty hands that touched my money. no gloves no washing hands. the atmosphere is ghetto and my pizza tasted like the smell of a bathroom. he messed up and gave me 2 pieces when i payed for one. fries portion was pretty large. overall 1 star experience because it is very dirty. ??

If i could give them zero stars, I would. The pizza was like slop, absolutely disgusting. It had no flavor and it had the consistency of a wet sponge. The service was terrible as I waited 25 minutes for soggy pizza. Not only was the wait but I paid $25 for a medium pizza. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Just look at this pizza.

Doordash a pizza from here. The taste was good. However, that pizza was a mess could have been from. The driver could have been from poor handling at the restaurant. I'm not sure which, however.. They should really watch the temperature on their pizza because nobody likes burnt

I went there after playing at the sky zone right across from doms pizza. it was very busy since a lot of parents and grandparents take their kids there after a few hours of jumping at the sky zone park. the pizza selection was good.Kid-friendliness: there were a lot of children eating there. there is room for them to move around.
