Just went there for coffee. Ordered a large with four cream, four milk, two Stevia heading back to New Jersey. Turns out they put sweet below in my coffee. I’m allergic to it. Tried to call them to pick up the phone. If I was closer, I would’ve driven back. I was trying to find out if they had Stevia but I’m not driving back several miles to find out they don’t have it. No one answered the phone. They must have the volume off, so it doesn’t “bother” them I guess they got better things to do. Let it ring six or 70 times. The crazy thing is I even went back to my car to get them at Temp and they didn’t have change. Do you think the least they could do is pick up the phone and be careful when they order. Disgraceful.

Too many ghetto people working here that don't know how to treat a customer. Wawa has donuts too and they're cheaper! I went in two days ago and this tall black chick gave me problems for no reasons. I won't be going back!!

This is the worst dunkin in the area. It’s a bunch of young kids not knowing what to do. We pulled up to the window and couldn’t hear them. We asked 4 times for them to speak up. Then proceeded to mess up our order TWICE!

It's been a long time since I had Dunkin Doughnuts. It was very clean with a friendly staff who were quick at getting my food to me. The breakfast sandwich (sourdough with bacon egg and cheese) was pretty good, but a little dry, and the bread wasn't toasted. It was warm and fresh, though. Perhaps provide some condiments like hot sauce. Thank you for a very good experience.

Remodeling came out great however now they want you to provide free labor by placing your order on a computer screen. After refusing to the young lady was nice and took my order however her supervisor continued to mumble ahit under her breath cause she was displeased by my actions!!! If you don't like you job then get a new one. Self ordering and check out is optional I'm not a slave and I don't have to provide free labor.

I had gotten a refresher this morning from this store and by the time I was half way done I noticed someone’s FINGER NAIL IN MY DRINK! This is beyond disgusting. When I called to complain I got no answer. No one seems to answer the phone which is ridiculous. I work in the food service industry and this is so unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Dunkin donuts has successfully taken over after COVID-19 and they simply do not need any further reviews so here we go and get it but I think it would not just the pressure from being told me to go back home to get the kids and the place is my favorite in my arms and I hope we have a good time with the way you were able and enjoy it and you have to get the same time from everyone and see if it was the best deal too but I think I would love it but the kids and the kids and the kids and the kids and the boys and are coming over to be are coming to get a bit of a 3 and I will always be there

This particular Dunkin location has proven to be extremely inconsistent, often leading to mistakes in my orders or coffee just made wrong. Additionally, the parking lot is small, making it challenging to find a spot, or go in the drive thru and the condition of the building is in need of improvement. I drive to a further Dunkin to avoid this one.

Today my husband walked in and ordered a latte light with skim milk and he said it wasn't skim milk it's cream and she was insistent that it was skim milk because I have a doctor's appointment I don't have time but I have to say this place stinks because the customer is always right this was not skim. I tried to call and no one picked up their phone so I will call later but I'm so sad that we can't get this right,please listen to the customer!!Go to the Bath one not here!!!

i don’t usually complain but the staff was just rude & lazy. i asked for a bagel with light cream cheese & what they gave me was just ridiculous. (picture included) i took two bites and you would’ve thought i asked for a plain toasted bagel, get nicer staff that actually do their job. also every time i want to pay with apple pay i get an eye roll from just about every staff member & they always get my order wrong. last time i went i asked for a strawberry refresher and they gave me a mango one, and i’m allergic to mango so i couldn’t even drink it. they don’t have half the stuff on their menu. i only go to this dunkin because it’s close to my school & it’s just convenient, but i’d much rather drive further to a different one for better service. everyone at this one seems to think the whole world owes them something ? that’ll for sure be the last time i go to that dunkin ✌?
