This DD is the slowest worst DD you will go to. You’ll sit in the drive thru the only car waiting 5 minutes for someone to take your order, then another 5 minutes to wait for a simple coffee. Pathetic!

Old hag tells me that there is no such thing as a “iced hazelnut chai coffee” when it is literally on the the app. After i said it was on the app and tried showing her it she goes “i don’t care about your little thing”. She is older, shorter, and has reddish hair. watch out for her yall!

most of the time I went there my srink was fine but today they didn’t put any sugar in my drink and barely any caramel. half my drink was missing im not drinking this im going to go get a new one i deserve at least that. not happy.

Stopped at the Dunkin on Easton Ave on 1/10 not realizing they were closing. Gianna took my order for hot coffee & brought it to my car. I was very impressed with her kindness. A good representative for Dunkin!

You never know what you will get from Dunkin. It usually is the definition of inconsistency. This Dunkin is one of the good ones! It was a busy time if the day and the workers were still pleasant, had my order ready quickly, my coffee was good and strong, and my sandwich was fresh and cooked well!

I keep trying to give this location chance after chance. Most every time I say some mobile order I get there and someone says they didn’t see a ticket had printed or forgot about it and it had been over 10 minutes since the order was placed AND none of the other areas had more than one maybe two people. Staff are often complaining about something and seem to be in foul moods.While waiting I have had multiple people make comments times that this is the worst place but it’s the closest for them and most convenient so they keep coming.You guys really need to do something.
Would give zero stars if it was even possible... services sucked and workers were rude, had i to ask more my mobile order 3 times.... still waited 25 minutes for a mobile order and only order to iced drinks....

The employees are awesome...but the pastries are always old , stale and hard as a rock. I've worked for Dunkin as a baker and the muffins they are handing out are at least a day or 2 old. That's unacceptable on any level.
