I had food rewards , which I do often and decided to take my dinner home. I have not used my rewards in the past except once at the food court where it's $12.00 for a stale sandwich. I looked forward to a good meal.I am as stunned at the food when I got home. It wasthrown in the to go container just as if it had been scraped off someone's plate.I had ordered the pork chop which came with sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. The chop was a 1/4 of an inch thick and easy mostly bone and grizzle. What a disappointment.I will say the Hostess at the desk was pleasant. But I wish she had warned me ,what to expect .... Although she did say" you can try the food court".I find the food court over pricedAnd unsanitarySo much for rewards dropping cash at the Wind Creek.

Good food but really disappointed with the seafood portion to price. The oysters were the smallest I’ve ever seen and still seemed as though the sliced them in half to serve. They came out the size of a dime which I have never seen before. Clams were to be middle necks and they too did not have the plumpness of a full clam. It definitely do not recommend. Also ordered the lobster 8 oz tail as an addd in to the fillet and would not recommend. While the lobster was food for $42 it was the size of a shrimp. And the table beside us received 4 mid-sized shrimp on a skewer for the shrimp cocktail. Again, not impressed with the serving portion. The USDA filet was melt in your mouth good and family serving sides very good. While the taste of everything was very pleasing and the staff were wonderful….i would avoid the seafood appetizers as you just do not get value there.

I specifically told the server I don't like the filet mignon red it must be only slightly pink medium it came out rare if you could put that in your notes to the chef They re-cooked it and it was disgusting you can't reheat a filet mignon whole like that it never comes out right you would had to slice it most likely

We took a trip to PA to relax and enjoy good food. One of the restaurants we had picked is Chop House. We had Salad, seafood, pork dish, and steaks... Everything that we ordered was delicious and the portions are very generous. Tembla took good care of us and made our experience unforgettable.

Steak, scallops, and risotto were delicious. Sides were very bland. Service staff were kind but extremely slow with delayed seating and then service throughout the meal. The restaurant is in the casino floor rather than outside with some of the other dining areas.

Average food service supplied dishes. Not creative or flavorful. Cocktails were better than the meal. Service was good, but seated us late even with a reservation. Wouldn't eat here again.

Better than I had expected for a casino steakhouse. Excellent service, cocktails were generous and very well done. (Bread service could have had fresher rolls.) Caesar and harvest salads were fresh, flavorful and balanced (although the parmesan shavings on the Caesar lacked the usual granularity of real aged parmesan.) NY strip steak was flavorful and perfectly cooked and a special of Chilean sea bass was outstanding. Desserts are beautifully composed, with a lot of complimentary flavors and textures.

This was my first visit to the Chop House and the four of us in my party were extremely impressed with the entire experience from the food, service and ambiance. I would highly recommend dining at the Chop House, even if you are not planning on gambling or attending an event at the Wind Creek casino.

Been here twice. Not a fan. The service was horrible, the manager approached our table when he realized we were not greeted after 10-15 minutes. At that point he decided to buy our first rounds of drinks. Dinner was ok, nothing to brag about. I’m not impressed. Asked for the truffle fries and got regular fries. Probably won’t be back.

We arrived early for our dinner but were seated w/in 5 minutes. The server was prompt, the food was delicious and prepared as ordered. It is nice to know there is still excellent food and service available nearby & at a fair price for a 3 course meal.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we had high expectations. Stating from the bread, it didn't taste good and we had to ask if there was something wrong since there were green smudges on the buns. The waiter let us know the green color was residue from coloring used to keep count of the bread. Regardless of the explanation, it wasn't worth the calories. The seafood with calamari was soggy and there was 1 scallop and 2 shrimp. The dipping sauce had a sweet flavor and that was good. The steak was cooked perfectly but it had no flavor, it was a shame. The cream of spinach was also bland and the fries were soggy. My husband did like his martini with blue cheese olives. The olives were hand-stuffed and they were great. In all, the meal was just average, and not worth the cost. It was a let down, we thought this could be our new date night spot but we were wrong.

Went for dinner, was seated got bread, then 15 minutes later waitress came an said "only got bread no water?" Then said "will be right back to take your order", waitress forgot about us after a half or so she came to take our drink order. Then another 15 minutes later came an took our food order. Food was great but the service was terrible.

Bread was cold, filet not great. Lobster cocktail was very good. Service was slow and they had several items on our bill that were not ours. They fixed, but there is still an additional charge that was not ours. Would not return.

I eat-out at least three times per week, at high-end places (and i don't write surveys) - but this place is rather exceptional. Not perfect (NY strip was slightly undercooked) - but they responded immediately, and with courtesy. Everything else was darn-near perfect. Outstanding. I look at it now as my new 'dining oasis,' in a Valley sea of mediocrity. You will not be disappointed if you go. Promise.
