I had a delightful experience at "La Casera"! The Arroz Chaufa con Pollo I ordered for dinner was a true standout. The dish was bursting with flavor and had the perfect balance of sillao sauce and spices, making it the best chaufa I've had in a long time. We just finished a shift on Sunday and we were too tired to cook at home. We were on the way to get tacos but we passed by here because I remembered they opened sometime this year but completely forgot to check this place out. We went in but saw them cleaning, they were 30 mins to closing and we felt so bad ordering so close to closing but they were all so welcoming and even recommended what they can whip up for us. Best Peruvian food!!!!! The service is awesome, super nice waitress, and the restaurant is clean and nice. I got the Lomo Saltado and replaced the white rice with Arroz chaufa con pollo.....SUPER YUMMMMMM!!! I'm definitely coming back!!!
