I had an excellent experience getting new tires and alignment from Heather. She took extra time to make sure my car’s alignment was perfect. Afterwards she educated me on the uneven wear pattern she found and on the appropriate schedule for rotation. I really appreciate the attention to detail as well as the customer service! Additionally the shop was accommodating when I needed to change the time of my appointment at the last minute. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Reasonably priced for oil change and inspection and THE place I get my tires. The staff is so friendly! I don't think I've ever heard them grumpy either on the phone or in person.

My car died and when AAA came out, they said I needed an alternator, which made sense because it was doing everything a dead alternator does. I brought it to Joe's and when I picked it up, they told me it was only a cracked connector between the alternator and the battery (the battery had been bad and was leaking and corroded the connector - AAA replaced the battery). They could have easily charged me to change the alternator. This level of honesty was so appreciated. It was only a $7 part plus labor. They even caught something wrong that I'd previously had fixed somewhere else, and facilitated a call to the other place to explain what they found in their repair, as it's not something they do. I will 100% be back there for any future battery or tire needs.
