Always great food. The owner is the cook, counter person, wait staff, delivery person, maintenance, and everything else so be patient! He is a great guy and deserves your business, just be prepared if you have to wait a few extra moments because the guy is doing everything himself. I promise you it's worth the wait! This is a great local spot. The ownership is top notch and they make sure you are satisfied as a customer. Looking forward to trying more of their menu. A MUST for Bethlehem dining.

I stumbled into Marlo's on a whim, looking to get a pie for my wife. I knew they had gluten free options, so I wanted to sample their options. I got an 11.5" gluten free pizza with cauliflower crust. The sauce was really sweet. There was an olive and garlic paste on the pizza, which was delicious. I have to say it was a really great pizza and I would happily go back. The owner is really nice, genuine, and personable.
