Super fun quick drink and apps before a move last weekend! Negroni was delish and we got the aranccini (rice balls) and vegan pizza. Both were super tasty. Can't wait to come back and try some entrees.

The food here was amazing and well worth our 45 minute drive. The herbed bread and roasted garlic butter was phenomenal, for our meal we shared the ravioli (one of the best I've ever had) and wood fired pesto chicken pizza. Dessert was also on point which I don't always expect when dinner was so good. Light on staff, but everyone who there was friendly and helpful. The bartender was a standout- absolutely delightful and attentive even when we were seated at our table. I definitely recommend Molinari's for a relaxed pace, low key evening with stand out food.

My experience at this location was exceptional. Greeted by Jeppe with a smile and willing to ensure my experience was phenomenal definitely evident. The bartender Cinn was the highlight of the evening. Her greeting, willingness to ensure pleasure of of a favorite spirit, and the conversation was exceptional. John the chef provided a different outstanding twist on our meal of pork tenderloin and chicken entrées. This was an outstanding experience with a great group of people!

My granddaughter was visiting from London. She always loved going to Molinari's for their margarita pizza, and I have been a loyal patron until the pandemic. This was a good opportunity to go back. We both opted for pizza. The crust was absolutely delicious. The bread served before the pizza arrived was excellent, and the gelato was really, really good. My granddaughters lemon cello tart disappeared very quickly. So glad to be back!

Was back for a third time but its been awhile. We liked it both times before but tonight was fabulous. My wife and I both had Italian dishes and they were beyond good. Texture, flavor, smell were just wonderful. It was that experience when you pay for something and get what you wanted. Definitely not waiting too long to return this time.

My fiancé and I have now visited twice. Once under the old ownership and now once under the new ownership. Very positive experience both times. This past time (7/15/22) they were so very obviously short staffed so there was a wait, and service was a little slow but that’s entirely understandable given post-COVID staffing conditions. The gentleman behind the bar was kind, patient, and pleasant to every customer that walked in the door - even where most people would not be - and the food was phenomenal from the entrees to the desserts. Not a single bad thing to say about the place

So I have been waiting to eat here for quite sometime, and my expectations were extremely high because of all the rave reviews I've seen online. I have to admit I was a tad disappointed. It was all good and the service was as well, but nothing was amazing. I had the seafood special;shrimp, crab, and squid in a cream sauce with potatoes and kale. Honestly, it was mostly squid, which was my least favorite and it was chewier than it should have been. I think there were 2 pieces of shrimp(cut pieces) in the entire dish, and I felt like the potatoes were somewhat of an afterthought, and just tossed in. The sauce was good, but the whole dish was somewhat 1 note and needed salt and acidity. My husband had pasta, it had a pesto and burrata cheese with sundried tomatoes. Again lacked salt and was pretty dry, as in lack of sauce. We tried to get some Gelato to go, but I was made aware that they have no to go containers for Gelato, so I ordered the espresso mousse. It was garnished with candied orange peel and came with a biscotti. It had a good flavor, sweet with bitter notes from the espresso, but overall, I felt it lacked the body of a mousse, and needed something else to add to the dessert. Just a bit too heavy to eat just the mousse alone. I have mixed feelings, and maybe would consider returning to try something else.

As always, the food was very tasty with portions large enough to take leftovers home. No delays in being served any of the courses. Excellent customer service. Always highly recommend eating here! The only suggestion would be to increase the selections on the menu. We'll be back!

Never on Mondays. I looked for an Italian restaurant in Bethlehem and I found several interesting ones, but most were closed on Mondays. I selected Molinari's that has a reasonable menu. We were greeted by a nice host who after leading us to our table informed us that the menu was on a blackboard. Our choices were Mac and cheese with chicken, and a seafood platter. We chose one of each; they were okay but not amazing. We requested bread for our meal, but they don't serve it on Mondays. We were severely disappointment despite the charming attention of from the Manager and the waitress. They may be a four out of five stars on regular days, but they only make it to one on Mondays.

As I understand it from the hosts, this truly great place took a hit by being closed for nearly seven months during COVID. It deserves more. Outstanding food, with one of the area's most intelligent and thoughtful wine and liquor selections, including a great Amaro selection (and not overpriced!) If you are around Third Avenue, this should be on your must-visit list.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the Valley. The pizza, pasta, apps and atmosphere are just top notch. I can't wait to visit again.

Slowest kitchen I've ever seen. The menu is the most limited thing I've ever seen and they take 90 minutes to produce pasta. Service is great but it's a marathon dinner. If you like salty food come here it tastes like they dumped the entire shaker in the meal.
