There’s something for everyone at Perkins. Most recently, thanks to their lunch special, I enjoyed a soup, sandwich and dessert all for less than $12. I ordered chicken noodle soup, the BLT, and chocolate French silk pie, each of which were great. Brought my mother (in law) here since we were both in the area and hungry and wanted somewhere we could enjoy a nice lunch and chat and this was just the spot.Parking: Since it’s become one way, there’s is only one way to enter which is off of 3rd street. The exit is a separate right turn only.

I stopped into my local Perkins this morning and I have to say the service and food was top notch. I got the hungry mans breakfast. The meats were excellent, the eggs were flawless (which a lot of breakfast spot have trouble making eggs) these eggs were dunkably delicious! The pancakes were great as always. My waitress Irene took my order quickly, the food was out hot and fresh and my drinks stayed full. This Perkins will definitely be my go to spot from now on. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: I have dinner at Perkins a few times a week with my two young daughters. They are always welcoming and accommodating. 10/10

Food was delicious! I only had to wait 5 minutes for my food to be served! And ontop of that my waitress lauren made the whole experience that much better! I've now only ever gone to Perkins for my dining experience and not to mention the delicious food thats always served with a smile!

total vist time 1.4 hrs. waitedan hour for the food...been here a few times. not usually this long of a wait. Main complaint was the pancakes. ..they were much smaller and thinner than usual.3 pancakes looked like 1 1/2
