First time here and honestly a step below Texas road house. I don't frequent Texas road house but we dine at some very good steak houses. The meat cut was good. The flavor way off. Our steaks both are probably 2 weeks old. The staff was ok. The atmosphere ok but I'm here for the steak....and it was a big miss.

Food was fabulous!! Service was good. BUT the back room to the left had a musty mildew smell. I almost wasn't sure I wanted to stay. But we did. Next time we will go unto the first small room.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat service to go to door.

This will most definitely be our new go to steak house! Only sorry we took so long to find it. Everything was perfectly prepared. High quality in soups, appetizers and main entree. We took home dessert too that was great. Staff was personable, extremely helpful and attentive. The price of a wonderful meal was comparably less than we have paid anywhere lately for poorer quality.

Overpriced, overrated, and underserviced...We were excited to try Prime Steakhouse as we've passed by it for years. Unfortunately, it did not live up to what we were told about it.When we arrived and were taken in to be seated, we overheard the manager telling a waitress that he had no idea what the specials were. That should have been our first clue.The waiter half-heartedly introduced himself and didn't bother asking us for a drink order, though he did bring water to the table. You could probably guess - he didn't share the specials either.We ordered appetizers, and all of them were overcooked. The calamari was lackluster and dried out. The others aren't worth noting.For dinner, we ordered a variety of steaks, and though we made it clear that we were done with appetizers, when the steaks came, we still had dirty dishes on our table. We asked for them to be removed, and they were along with our silverware. Then we sat for about 5 minutes waiting to catch someone's eye so we could get replacement silverware.We had ordered the steaks in a variety of temperatures ranging from medium rare to medium, and they were all overcooked. The meat itself was not the most tender, even on a filet. Some of our sides came out cold, and the others were overcooked.The manager found time to visit a table near us to say hi to an apparent friend, but he did not bother to check in on our table or other tables. I've never been to a steakhouse where the manager didn't do a pulse check.Multiple times, we found ourselves having to call the water for drink refills or for clearing dishes that were cluttering our eating area.Prime sadly lacks in basic customer service, the food is nothing special, and they are completely overpriced for what they're serving up.

We go for family dinners. Usually birthdays or special times. We always request MORGAN. He's fantastic! Very accommodating and hospitable. Knowledgeable of his menu and drinks, specials, etc.He is very patient, taking time with each individual guest as they order their meal.Cannot go wrong with the food here!ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, everytime!Love the salad bar! I do miss the bacon crumbles and that homemade potato salad, that used to be at salad bar. That what made it unique and ABSOLUTELY delicious ?Highly recommend this establishment. ?
