Got the Bell Ringer and loaded fries. The fries were immediately scooped and set in the window with gravy on them. So naturally they were cold and soggy.The sandwich was disappointing. Dry, the roll felt stale, there was not much filling and next to no cheese. Complete waste of $20.Skip this place.

My brother brought us to Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino in Pennsylvania and saw Philly Steak and Fries at the food court. We ordered the Philly Loaded cheesesteak with onions, peppers and provolone cheese with fries and gravy, chicken tenders and the Balboa Steak with bacon mushrooms and cheez whizz and chicken tenders. They were big portions and so mouth watering delicious.

Cashier was very rude when I was trying to order and didn’t even listen enough to get the order right but I just shrugged it off and ate without a drink because I didn’t wanna go back and deal with her again. Horrible service - the order taker had no clue about the menu and placed wrong order.Sandwich did not have what I asked for. Finally they sprinkled a couple of shreds of lettuce and half a slice of tomato. They serve the food to you like you are an animal. Other people complained while we were waiting too.What a f…ing dump !!!!

My wife and I visited this location in August this year, we stopped by this location because we herd the food was suppose to be pretty good. Our counter host was cordial and curtious but made an error on our orderd after a minimal wait our food was ready. We orderd 2 chicken cheese steak and fries but was given cheese steak instead. We quickly returned the food to the counter and was met with total attuide by a young Hispanic worker. The host said she made a mistake and resubmitted our order.After a 15 minute wait that turned into 25 minutes and as we observed new customers getting food my wife went to the counter to inquire about why was it taking so long,she was met by the same male Hispanic worker that was rude,smart mouthed and disrespectful to my wife,I was watching the entire situation from my seat and quickly intervened stopping his actions which drew his supervisors attention. After waiting 35 minutes and cold French fries we had to discard the sandwiches because they were over salted obviously on purpose..Never eat at this location rude staff,, dirty tables wasted our money..Eric BSouth Jersey - Retired Law Enforcement?

Came here for a quick bite as it's in the Wind Creek food court. I had their Balboa Cheesesteak and it fit the bill!. Could of used a little more Wiz, but my heart is glad it didn't have any more.This place seems to have a good reputation, a steady line throughout my visit. I would eat here again!

Came here with my cousins fiancé and she waited almost an entire hour for her food, on top of it tasting awful. Girls at the counter didn’t even bother acting like they like their jobs in the slightest.
