Nice Cajun inspired restaurant with a modern and stylish menu. Service was very good even when busy on a Saturday night. Only complaint is, the fried chicken dishes we received seem a little burnt. Maybe left in the fryer for a minute too long. Chicken was still juicy, just the exterior seemed a little over. I personally don't mind a little burnt flavor but others at the table did not. We did not send back or request new meals. All.othwr food served was excellent! Fried Cauliflower and the Perogies were fantastic.

Jambalaya was very mediocre. No Andouille Sausage and little spice in my serving. Friends at my table did much better with Shrimp & Grits, Fried Catfish and Blackened Salmon entrees.

I enjoyed the Chrispy Catfish and greens. Just the right amount of spice. Another person in our party liked the Shrimp and Grits. Service was good and payment at the table was by QR code.Parking: Parking spaces across the street.

Everything is great about this place except for the food. I ordered fries chicken and it was so dry. The seasoning and sauce were great but the chicken piece was so bad. My mouth had to wrestle with every bite taken. I’m going to give this place one more shot but the food was not that great at all. Drinks, environment and service were awesome tho!

I have been here a few times to the one in Bethlehem and last week I was very disappointed. I don’t know what changed but the food was not good and I got sick from it. My friend and I got the fried chicken with sweet mash. When she went to cut the chicken it was raw. The manager came by and said that’s the way some of the meat should be cooked. No way…. She got her another plate but still was not cooked so my friend couldn’t eat and neither could I. When it was time for the check the manager didn’t come to excuse herself or extend an apology. We were charged for the plates and I thought it would be removed. Very disappointing and wondering what happened because this place was never like that. Sure lost their touch in my opinion. That same night another customer had an issue with their food not being cooked as well.

Amazing food! Went here for valentines day and was not disappointed, although they were busy they still have very good service and the food was excellent. Definitely felt more of a home cooked meal and great environment.

First time at The Bayou. Service was exceptional, cool vibe inside - like walking into Mardi Gras, and not only were the dinners delish but also the portion sizes were so generous.

Had a great lunch with my grandmother on a Monday afternoon. Not busy, friendly server and the food was amazing as always. I got a beet and goat cheese salad with shrimp. Everything was fresh and the dressing was sooo good!!

Yes, they give you A LOT of food, and yes, it is GOOD! I enjoyed everything I had, especially the fries and the bread pudding. Amazing! Can't complain.Kid-friendliness: They provided my son with a children's menu and crayons.

The Bayou is supposed to be New Orleans inspired and southern cuisine. I’ve spent plenty of time in the south, eating food in Nola, Lafayette, Lebeau, Baton Rouge, misssissippi, Georgia, NC, SC etc etc. The dishes are missing the spice and flavor of New Orleans. It’s not to say it’s bad food, it’s just not up to the quality of New Orleans food. The menu leaves something to be desired in terms of choices as well. Corn bread was pretty good though, and so was the butter

I would have given a better rating if the whole experience was so rushedThe waitress was so busy with 10 tables that we couldn't get refillsHalf of my meal was cold but flavorful, but couldn't even send it back because she was unable to really make it back to our table.
