This restaurant is the best in the Lehigh Valley! Whenever I have a guest from out of town here, I bring them to Zest!

First - it would be helpful to let people know that this restaurant is on the 6th floor of a building connected to a parking garage. Not knowing the city, we went around in circles until calling to find out HOW to find the restaurant. The menu LOOKED appealing, but it was hard to find anything without garlic and substitutions were not allowed. The appetizers we ordered didn't mention that they were deep fried - would NOT have ordered if we had known that. The two GOOD items we ordered were the pear salad and warm brussel sprout salad (found under vegetables and salads). The "Special" cheesecake dessert was the worst thing of all - uneatable. To top it off, our waitress was nice, but had to be a waitress AND bartender at the same time - left us in the lurch for quite a while.

Went for brunch. Had the burger, fried rice, and French toast. All were yummy. The place has killer views. More of a special occasion venue than everyday dining. Will be back for dinner service sometime.

Great atmosphere. The fish and shrimp were excellent. Barry our bartender was great. We had a wonderful evening chatting with him and the other folks seated at the bar. He makes fantastic cocktails!

This place is amazing! The food was incredible. We had a party of 9, and every single person enjoyed their meal immensely. Each person was impressed. First time for most. The pork chop. . .yum! The filet mignon! The mussels. The lobster tail special. Raving about all. Nothing to complain about. The service was attentive, but not overbearing, and very very friendly. Everyone was where they needed to be, doing what they needed to be doing. Well-run. 5 stars and beyond. . .!!!

ZEST is one of our favorite places. Last night's experience was one of our best! The lobster on the pasta of the day was so sweet, and the fusilli with lemon hazelnut pesto was unique and scrumptious! Fabulous cocktails and service as always.

Me an the wife very satisfied with the service, food it was relaxin we are happy and recommend everyone to try. The environment is very nice and friendly and clean we be there again soon thank for a the great hospitality

Delicious food and dessert with a great server! Elevators were out but they called us before our reservations to let us know and how to get there easily with people pointing the way which was a great touch and good customer service!

Went for the first time for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. Had the special sangria and it was so good. We both ordered the grilled pork chop and it was wow! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

We had an enjoyable experience at Zest. We felt the drinks were better than the actual food, but the food was still very good. They were sold out of the appetizer we wanted, so we ended up with the Octopus, which was decent. It was a good atmosphere, overlooking Bethlehem city. Busy when we started dinning but slow by the end of our date. We would go again, but also have had better.

Cool atmosphere and vibe but pricey and personally I'm not a big fan of the food especially for the price point.

Zest brings a bit of NYC-level dining quality (and prices) to the Lehigh Valley. I went there with my folks for New Year’s Eve and we got the price fix menu that had one appetizer, one entree, and two desserts for each of us. The choices were all equally appetizing (I got the pork chop, which was melt in your mouth delicious) and portion sizes were definitely generous. I was pleasantly surprised by all this and Zest really does elevate the Lehigh Valley dining scene to a higher bar. The only thing I would suggest is working the prices of most “standard fare” items so that more people from the community can join in and enjoy. All in all, happy to see a place like this pop up!
