Plenty of workers in the building. None available to take an order. There was one other guest dinning in. Tables were all dirty and floors had dried up mud and napkins on them. Watched a manager clean off a table for herself and her team to sit at and have a meeting. Very bad poop smell coming from the bathroom and filling dinning area. Between this crazy heat in my sweeter tooth, I just pulled off the busy roadway wanting a Oreo McFlurry and it was delicious and it called me off and made me happy. This is a nice little restaurant with pretty good desserts and I recommend trying it right off the highway and they have a big sign with a yellow M for all to see. Very tasty little Hometown restaurant

They didn't assemble the sandwiches with any care whatsoever. The meals were thrown everywhere in the boxes and the bag. Same amount of fries for medium vs large. Atmosphere was ok for a McDonald's, but still the Worst MCDONALD'S in the entire central PA area.
