When you get out of your car, the smokey smell is super inviting & the smoker set-up is impressive. We tried the pulled pork & the brisket. The pork was well smoked & tasted great!! The brisket was not what we expected... first of all, it was beyond fatty, hard to chew & even pull apart with your fingers. We had to pick it off the sandwich to try to eat it & actually threw a lot of it away sadly. There was no smoke ring on any of the slices but what we were able to eat tasted...read full review
1st time there tried the ribs. It was 80% fat 20% meat. Thought I would give them a second chance and ordered a $9 stand alone pork sandwich. It was so saturated in grease I ate about a 1/4 and threw the rest in the trash.

Had brisket sub and onions not much flavor for any kind of rubs mac and cheese was alright collar greens had far to much garlic in them most likely leftovers from previous day just reheated
