This is the second McDonald's I have visited in a month. This is also the first time I have visited McDonald's in years. Both locations I had to pull over from the drive through and wait. The first time I had to go in after 10 minutes to get my own food. The next time they at least brought it out but the order was wrong. I think im officially done with McDonalds.
poor customer service, they take FOREVER to make your food or even a frappe.. me and my fiancé love McDonald's and try to go to this one and dine in but it's ALWAYS dirty, we always have to clean off our table when we dine. I've never seen any of those workers wash their hands, or wear ANY gloves. I never see any hairnets either, and none of them literally know how to do their jobs.. if they aren't taking forever they're talking or messing up your order.

Slow service...prices in drive thru are not what you pay..example apple pies on menu 2/$1.00 get to the window and pay 79 cents per pie... I now drive to the other McDonald's in Carlisle.
