Scalles

This is the best restaurant in Carlisle! I can guarantee you won't have a bad meal or bad experience. The food is so good and the staff is the friendliest! Been going there for years never had a bad meal!

Found this restaurant based on a recommendation from a random guy at a gas station. If someone recommends a place, I feel like you're obligated to try it out. Have been wanting to try Scalles for years. Finally decided to go today for lunch. You seat yourself in this establishment. Seems quite popular with the locals. The waitress was professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. They have quite a lot of choices of American foods on their menu. I chose the fish & chips platter and my husband had the fried clams platter. We were both happy with our food. Not greasy at all and plenty on the plate.
