We had a very good experience on Saturday March 23rd. They were very busy, but our server (Abby) was very attentive and kept us apprised of our orders and the fact that our food was coming. I also was able to redeem my points towards our bill which made me very happy.
It has been a while since I was at Cracker Barrel. Upon entering the store area, I was greeted by a friendly host who directed me to the dining area. The aroma of the fireplace was amazing and added a certain coziness to the atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was as tasty as ever and in my opinion the portion sizes were just right for the cost of the meal. I definitely like going here to eat and will be back again soon.

We had the Grandma Sampler but unfortunately, my pancakes were cold where the butter would not melt. The server took them back and never returned with hot ones. I had to ask a passing food runner to bring the pancakes. Not sure where the ball got dropped.
