Sonic used to be my favorite restaurant to go to when in Chambersburg. But the last 3 times, I got something different each time and it just wasn't good actually nadty. I ll have to find a new favorite place I was so disappointed I won't go back!
Go ahead and shut this place down. We pulled up to the drive thru and was told on the intercom that “we’re a little busy right now so I’ll get to you when I get to you”. The service is poor. The food is poor. I’m sure the cleanliness of it is poor as well so just shut it down and put a Shake Shack in its place and make sure it’s ran by people who give great service.

Stopped for a quick bite at Chambersburg store and was served up an UNGRILLED grilled cheese! It was absolutely disgusting! The bread was stale! I called corporate for a refund. She assured me it was being escalated to proper authority. It’s been 2 weeks with no response or refund!
