“Been a while since I've had Malo's but they are hands down the best around. Everything on their menu is amazing but my favorite is white pizza. You should try it. The customer service is unmatched and the prices are reasonable. It's not only my favorite place to go when I'm in town. It's the only place I go. It's just that ”
“The bartender was very good. They don't really sell food, there was a small event happening but he accommodated us and made us some garlic bread bites, which were awesome. Thanks Dan!! We walked from our home.”
“Great food ? My husband loves the fried chicken wings. The owner is very nice and personable. Give him a play. I'm sure you'll find something that you will enjoy ?”
“I recently discovered this ice cream shop,CJ’S waterice & ice cream ? and it has quickly become my favorite. The flavors are rich and indulgent, and the texture is incredibly smooth. They also have a great pizza ? pretzels and funnel cake and fried Oreo , which is a huge plus. The shop itself is clean and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. It's the perfect spot to satisfy your ice cream cravings . ? ?”
“I do love Rita's but the regular looks like a junior. I know they got rid of their junior size cup. It's to me is like three scoops and it's gone.”
“As we know all food is not the same and everybody can't make everything . I use to go to motherland but after some time they fell off. However I've been here and the food is absolutely amazing I had cassava leaf it was filled with meat and the amount of rice was just right. The food was awesome . I will definitely be back! and to try something different next time !”
“Been a customer for years and been threw 4 owners and I honestly can say they were all great people and I'm happy to call them friends, who also sell me beer so that's awesome too. If they don't have it they'll get it and it's just a great local business ty got going there”
“I had the Jerk Chicken and it was really good. The Jerk isn’t overly spicy and tasty. Mac is good enough, and taste better than it looks. Yams really good not overly sweet, just perfect. Seafood salad isn’t sweet, more of a seasoned taste to it, different from what I’m used to but good. Great portion sizes. 1 platter and a few additional sides fed me, my wife, and 2 toddlers. I will order again, definitely want to try them turkey wings.”
“The atmosphere was great friendly crowd, the bartender served you with a smile and was prompt as well as she could be with the crowd that was there. The food was delicious especially their eggs rolls. Will definitely go back again as this was my second time going.”
“Local neighborhood Chinese spot would recommend before going anywhere else but I also only ordered regular stuff shrimp rolls and rice lol Family say their chicken is good.”
“I’ve came here a few different times when I lived in the area and I came back on October 19 for my birthday. I had a lot of fun and the food is really good my spouse especially loves the honey lemon pepper wings.Vegetarian options: There are vegetable options such as potatoes, corn & broccoli.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, the staff should be able to accommodate them with the things that are on the menu. Like if you can’t have your vegetables with butter and seasoning’s because of high blood pressure, then you can order your broccoli to be steamed and they’ll make that for you.Kid-friendliness: I’ve brung my kids for dinner here.”
“Food was good one of my best spots to it chinese food from. Their attitude was good when I asked for fresh wings to be fried and they did it without attitude. Good customer service good food.”
“They are always nice and polite and many Chinese restaurants are stingy with utensils and sauces but not them they actually let you help yourself to as many as you like. I’m totally obsessed with their pepper steak because the meat is so tender. Great place to eat!”
“This has to be one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to so far they were very polite this morning it’s 6:09 am October 12th on a Thursday. They made my coffee so perfectly and my avocado toast taste amazing. Thanks for making my morning .”
“I really liked the lady on the register, She was sweet and so presentable. Since this was my first time eating Chinese she really helped me and I liked what I ordered. Just the way I liked it, spicy and tasteful. I feel like the ambiance is not as presentable due to covid but that doesn't matter coz they are taking safety measures for the customers as well as themselves”
“Food absolutely delish! & plenty of it for your $$. The gentleman that took my order over the phone and greeted me was very kind.Parking: Parking was cool I pulled right up on the side of the bldg”
“The heirloom corn grits with crab fat sofrito & mother rucker burger were made to profección. Our server who I believe said her name was “(mi-ahh)” was also a vibe-genuine.”
“With an ever-changing menu, I know that no matter what vegan dish I order from Primary it’s always going to be exciting and delicious. Many of the dishes have kept me up at night from the french toast to the cheesesteak and the jackfruit medianoche.Chef Mark has always been hospitable and attentive, and you can tell how much passion he has for his plates and his community. This restaurant is truly a gem in Philly and the team behind its magic deserve all the success. If you’re looking for a place to try, you cannot go wrong by visiting Primary.”
“We are so incredibly lucky to live less than a 10min walk from West Passyunk to Stina. The food, staff and space are a perfectly balanced blend with so much love, care and attention to detail put into each dish. Order everything… Stina forever! 5⭐️”
“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.”
“The dining experience here was pretty good but not exceptional. The food was alright for the price, service was friendly enough albeit a little bit slow and lacking in attention.”
“The food here is absolutely incredible. Just next level sushi that makes you not want to eat sushi from anywhere else. That RICE is just perfect. Also if you're lucky enough to snag a spot at the Omakase then you're in for a REAL treat. :)”
“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”
“We came here during restaurant week, and the servings are just enough for each member of the group to try. This restaurant serves great food that makes you want to appreciate every bite. Sampan is linked, and this location is typically busy. Since the dining room was downstairs, there was a kind of nice corridor leading to it. You and your group can choose from a small variety of dishes to share at the table during restaurant week, with some items having an additional fee. There was a stronger romantic vibe. Here, the Kobe beef is a great choice.”
“Such a great experience. The service was quick. Oh the food ???Vegetarian options: Of the 10 options 3 were vegan based so I’d say that’s a plus!Dietary restrictions: Plant-based preferred”
“A stellar experience from start to finish. Our server, Morrigan, was friendly and knowledgable. Every dish was well thought through. And the decor & ambiance complements the concept brilliantly. It is obvious that this team knows what they’re doing and cares deeply about excellence. Will be back whenever we’re in the city.”
“Stopped by here for a quick dinner during Wrestlemania 40 weekend in Philly. Such a cool place with neat decorations through out. If you're a metal head/horror enthusiast, definitely come here. Service was excellent and I started with the Mac And Cheese Balls, which was delicious. Then, I had the spaghetti with 'meatballs.' Good, but thought had way too much tomato sauce.Again, the decor was awesome, atmosphere is chill and had horror movie scenes/commercials playing on their TVs. Would recommend!”
“Definitely the best omakase in Philly!! Quaint bar setting BYOB! Right up close great sushi masters. No special occasion just decided to have sushi with my son. Every course was outstanding! Flavors were amazing. I love seeing the reactions of the other patrons as the eat the courses! Will definitely be back many time hopefully. Well worth the drive great neighborhood ample parking. Beware of the non descript building. At $158 you will be very satisfied with every bite. The ala carte menu has some great add ins priced accordingly 20-38$. They offer hot and cold tea as well as a few soft drinks and water.Parking: Parking down the street metered cash or credit card. Get the appWheelchair accessibility: Same level as street.”
“The only Thai place I will order from in the entire Philadelphia vicinity. The best staff. The best food. The best experience. I will forever give JJ Thai my business and always recommend them to friends & family. By the way, if your server is Air, be prepared because she is the absolute best server I have came across in any restaurant. I worked in the service industry myself, and to come across someone like Air is truly a blessing. She is so friendly, goes above and beyond, and always ensures the best customer service. Thank you JJ Thai and thank you Air for continuous unforgettable experiences.”
“Love the atmosphere. Food was great. Will definitely be back. First time but not my last. Bartenders were very nice. This establishment is a low key gem. Especially Jeanette. ?”
