“Amazing breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels. Great variety of drinks. We drive out from Lancaster as a special treat every few weeks though once we went three mornings in a row because it’s just too damn good.”
“I enjoyed the beans. Really pleasant surprise. The brisket was pretty good, but they need a smoky, slightly spicy Worcestershire based dip for it per this Texans opinion. Must say the jalapeno jam and cornbread are out of this world. The waitress was not friendly, so there's that. Sooooo worth it! Great job guys!”
“What a great find for breakfast! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The oatmeal pancakes and scrapple were the best. It’s a small place, but definitely worth the wait if the booths and counter seats are full.”
“Excellent restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. This restaurant is in a strip mall so there's plenty of free parking. I meet a friend here once a month for lunch and am happy to be a "regular".”
“One word for this…. Hidden gem! This place has been on the forefront of locust street for a few years and I haven’t tried it! Atmosphere is great, food seemed good, and the bartenders are awesome. The inside provides a rustic and vintage feel while in the historic town of columbia.Flights are about 9 dollars for 4, 5 oz glasses. And cocktails are roughly 7 dollars depending on what you get!Extremely affordable pricing and a great spot to grab a drink and some vibes :)”
“Was seated quickly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Good sized menu with allot of options. They have breakfast all day.Turkey tasted fresh and the gravy was flavorful. Good amount of chicken in the chicken parm but spaghetti and sauce tasted watered down. Chicken wrap was packed and very good. French onion was okay.”
“Great meal in a relaxed, historically preserved building. The pork shank was beautifully presented and tasty served with basic french fries. The Chilean sea bass was perfectly co I ked served with a sweet sauce over garlic mash potatoes. The house pesto vingarette served with the salad was remarkable. Devon was attentive and pleasant.”
“Whenever we're in town for AAU games at spookynook, we make sure we stop in for dinner. It's a no brainer! The staff is cool/chill ?, very pleasant. The food is great.... prices are fantastic. I love the tuna tacos. I met one of the owners, she was so cool. It was refreshing to see an owner mix it up with customers. For watching sports...there are no bad TV angles. That was definitely well thought out. If you want a great experience and great food, REALLY good drinks ??Go there!!! Forget any other restaurant. They're the real deal.”
“I forgot my eyeglasses and did not want to look at menu. I suggested a basic bagel breakfast sandwich w/ home fries to go. WOW they came through! Home fries had oregano and was much more than basic. Really enjoyed the meal. ”
“I have not personally eaten at the restaurant but plan to! We had a catered dinner at our work. The food stuffed chicken breast, pork tenderloin and roast beef. Was absolutely delicious.”
“Love the Brussel sprout, sweet potato, bacon and cheese combo dish. Yum. Food was great. Not a bar person so thankfully there was a restaurant area away from the bar.”
“This place is an unbelievable gem, the service is fantastic and the food is just as amazing. I ordered the filet and crab cake and you would have thought it was at a fine dining restaurant. What a meal. BRB ordering another…”
“Good pizza. Definitely our preferred pizza place in this area ? super friendly, consistent, great prices, just that stable place where you love being a regular!!”
“I have been coming here regularly since they opened, so have probably been here 25+ times. Their brews are good as well as their panini sandwiches, sliders and small bites such as cheeses. The Gouda cheese tray is pictured. I guess I ate my sliders too quickly to take any this time. They use all locally sourced ingredients, which is a plus. They used to have music here a lot, but it seems in recent years the owners may be focusing more on their expanded locations to Lancaster and ironspire. They have added to the rear area of their brewery recently as well as added additional outdoor seating for warmer weather. When it’s nice, I like sitting outside here, although that may invite some Columbia characters to stop for unwanted chats, so be aware of that.”
“Hands down the best diner experience i have had in the past 30 years, I ate at diners from lancaster county up to fort drum new york . This is my Favorite of all time . I would recommend the chipped beef . Its phenomenal ?.Also taking home a quart of Daryl ham nd bean. The dining experience from the moment you walk in till you leave is nothing short of the best you could ask for . The waitress Tina is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best dining experience . The owner and the cook , walk out to Greet you and make sure all is above and beyond .5 stars are not enough . To say how great this place is .”
