“I love this place bec they promote people to dance, even if a person has 3 left feet & they offer lessons! I sometimes feel intimidated bec everyone is so good on their feet! The professional couples that dance make it look awesome! They make you want to learn & they look so romantic!The food is what it is! They don't do fine dining & that's OK! The food is secondary for The Crab Tavern as it should be! This venue knows what works for them! My hats are off to them! The part to them focusing on the dancing, most songs they play are geared to folks wanting to dance & most of the time the floor always has people dancing! It's not like a regular club where the dance floor stays empty! Or worse yet, there are only females dancing by themselves! I'm not saying I don't understand why they do that! At a regular club, the females dance with each other bec the men are intimidated or don't know how to dance!Or they need a couple of drinks to loosen them up!”

“Love their pizza! Used to come all the time! But I don't live in the area & I'm older now! The only things I didn't like were no place to sit & the condiment containers need to be wiped off more often! The containers were so messy that I didn't want to pick them up! Yuck! However, sometimes I order (and pay for) extra toppings and I don't get them.Most recently I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and it was dry and disappointing.My preferred place is too pricey and no wing zings so Arion ends up getting my $ more often than not.”

“It's in the middle of Darby, & the clientele is a bit ghetto, but the food at this place is good, & they're open till 1am.Parking: There's parking next to the building, & in front of the building. I'd recommend locking your car though.”

“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.”

“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”

“We came here during restaurant week, and the servings are just enough for each member of the group to try. This restaurant serves great food that makes you want to appreciate every bite. Sampan is linked, and this location is typically busy. Since the dining room was downstairs, there was a kind of nice corridor leading to it. You and your group can choose from a small variety of dishes to share at the table during restaurant week, with some items having an additional fee. There was a stronger romantic vibe. Here, the Kobe beef is a great choice.”

“Stopped by here for a quick dinner during Wrestlemania 40 weekend in Philly. Such a cool place with neat decorations through out. If you're a metal head/horror enthusiast, definitely come here. Service was excellent and I started with the Mac And Cheese Balls, which was delicious. Then, I had the spaghetti with 'meatballs.' Good, but thought had way too much tomato sauce.Again, the decor was awesome, atmosphere is chill and had horror movie scenes/commercials playing on their TVs. Would recommend!”
