Disclaimer: This was a take-out order so I can't comment on waitstaff but I WILL say that the chef helped me personally and was super nice even though he was inundated with other take-out orders. This place always intimidated me because from the outside, it just looks like someone's house. A brownstone on the corner of a busy street with plain signage. But I'm glad I tried it. Personally this is my favorite Pad Thai and papaya salad…and trust me I have had ALOT of both from all over the country. Also the Tom Kha Gai soul is fantastic. Great that it is BYOB! The staff is wonderful and friendly! Thanks as always! ??
