Frank's Pizza & Italian Restaurant offers exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. However, as a New York native with a discerning palate for authentic NY pizza, I found their pizza fell short of expectations. While the service was outstanding, the pizza lacked the signature flavor and texture of true NY-style pizza. Just ordered take out and need to give Miguel, Jenny and staff a huge thumbs up!! We have been going to Franks at Southmont for over 15 years and their food and service is aways exceptional.Thanks again!! As always we’re enjoying our lunch!

The woman working the counter was amazing and so pleasant. Some of the best pizza I've had in a while between our group we tried lots of slices cheese, sausage, chicken bacon ranch, 3meat, mushroom, and vodka sauce pasta pizza! Amazing variety fantastic taste still crisp the next day.
