Ive been here several times and what makes the experience is usually the friendly staff. Not the fastest by far but I dont usually get the lack of service vibe. That was until today when I showed up for just Ice Cream and didnt even get a hello standing at the counter. Usually customer service is what I look for no matter the type of establishment because its within control of the employee. This Friendly’s really lives up to its name! The staff is polite, respectful, and very kind. Sometimes the food at Friendly’s seems rushed together or sloppy- but not here!!! You can tell whoever owns this Friendly’s really cares about their business!!!! I’ll be back again.

1 star is only due to the presence of a playground for the kids. Otherwise this would be a one star. We had a really bad experience on Mother's day, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Bad day?Nope. The entire staff, which outnumbers the customers, seemed both confused and annoyed each time we walked through the door.
