Ordered delivery and got a half cooked sloppy pizza and the crazy bread wasn’t even crazy bread, it was pretzel bread. Tried to call the store and they won’t answer. Called delivery service and the rep said the best they can do is refund 65%. They won’t send out a new order since this one was terrible!! Talk about poor quality andservice.
They NEVER answer the phone. Last 3 times I've ordered from them I've had items missing. I've called to get a refund and the phone rings and rings off the hook until they pick up just to hang up on you.

Their Detroit Deep dish used to be the best around at a price you can't beat, but today it was unedible and even looked awful. Flavorless, unevenly spread sauce and overcooked, hard crust yet still gooey (is your pizza oven broken or something?) I submitted a complaint to Customer Service seeing that management doesn't respond to customer complaints on previous reviews. It seems they don't care about keeping business so I won't be coming back.
