Had to wait for the food even though it was ordered online before arriving at the establishment. There are signs posted everywhere, "No public restrooms, for employees only." There was another family there that had been waiting over 10 minutes and was told if they ordered the customer could use the bathroom. OK the situation I have with these people are they don't cook they food thoroughly. The service thinks to drive through again. People ya need to pick up the pace in the drive through and also stop. Tell your customers to pull ahead when it's only 2 customers in the drive through. Hire some people that like dealing with other people or catering to the public. Vicky the manager knows how to run a store and staffI had an incident that happened and this “other” manager which how she spook and laugh at me for an allergy was sickening. I’m not bringing up everything that happened in a review but Vicky took care of and handled the situation outstandingly.This girl needs to get off her high horse she acts like this all time
