I stumbled upon this bakery taking a rest stop, and I was so glad I took a few minutes to behold its delicacies! My chicken veggie cheese pasty was DELICIOUS to the last crumb, the multi-grain buns were very moist with good seeds, and the almond shortbread cookies were very satisfying. Very friendly and talkative staff. Will come back if I'm in the area.
incredible longtime local family bakery...do not pass through Easton PA without visiting Karen. Fruit pies on Friday. Pasties, pierogi, shoo fly pie, cookies. All home made with love and natural ingredients. call ahead 484-515-9968 to order.
