YUM! My husband and I LOVE brisket. When we saw that this food truck was going to be at Unangst farm, we decided to go. Unfortunately the first time it was too rainy so all we bought were some mums and pumpkins. However, the reviews were so good we went back the next day when the weather was better just for the BBQ. We were NOT disappointed! It's a bit spicier than we'd expected but oh so delicious! We'll keep a look out for more places where they travel.

Best owners and the best thing in Missouri by a MILE!!! Had 10 peoples mouth watering before we even got a bite! This is the kind of BBQ that you would drive all the way across the country for! Texas style Brisket just like I like it. Great food and even better company!

Atomic Hog is PHENOMENAL.I have never had brisket this stellar. The tenderness, the flavor, and the amount of meat is truly incredible. So perfectly seasoned is the meat that I never use any sauces or condiments.I usually get the collared greens as a side. Once again, it's a large portion, well seasoned and perfectly complementary to their amazing meats.Additionally, the Atomic Hog staff is friendly and capable.Atomic Hog is highly recommended and like many in the area, we hope they find a permanent brick and mortar home!

I finally got to a food truck event, and these fellas were there. I could smell it from the parking lot. Originally, I was going to get something from a different trailer. I love BBQ so I eat it when I can, and figured something new would be better. But I couldn't ignore how good the smoker smelled. The wife & I ended up in line for Atomic Hog after doing a lap, and good thing we did. They're slinging the sexiest pulled pork in the Valley. The meat was tender and soft, and seasoned extremely well. We didn't need to add sauce, but we took a cup of hickory and the regular. (The wife likes the hickory best, which has a softer and sweeter taste. The regular has a zap of vinegar that's not too much or too little, just enough to cut the fat of the pork. There's a suggestion of heat in there to keep it interesting, too. That one's my favorite.) I'll be back next week for another sandwich and a few ribs for sure. Whatever these guys are doing, they need to keep on doing it. We're definitely going to keep them in mind for a catered event, too. Or maybe I'll get a catering sized order just for me.

I ordered the medium pulled pork meal with Mac n cheese and collard greens, and everything was delicious! the pulled pork was smoky and juicy, and the addition of the mesquite bbq sauce just enhanced the flavor. I'll definitely be back for more!

We had their food for the first time at the blues and barbecue festival in Allentown and it was THE BEST pulled pork and brisket we ever had. Everything was so tender and flavorful. An added bonus was that the staff was was super sweet! Amazing experience!

Tried it for the first time. The pulled pork was so tender and delicious. Loved the homemade bbq sauces. The coleslaw was so yummy. The beans had good flavor but were a tad mushy. Overall though the food delivered. The service was great. We will definitely be back to try the brisket and Mac n cheese
