The ciabatta was so moist and soft, the pizza was delicious, and the ciders were crazy good. “Great brewery in the cool Borough of Emmaus. They brew some wonderful beers in several styles. I love dark brews and they always have a few selections from stouts to Baltic Porter. Don't like beer? They have cider, wine, and cocktails. They often have a food truck and we have so many good ones in the Valley. And you can bring your own food -+ there are many nearby food choices including a pizza shop, hoagie/steak sandwich place, Thai, etc. and nearby BOOKSTORES.”

“Food is great here. Big portions and excellent presentation. I've eaten here many times. My favorite is the Seafood In Love. Drunken noodles is also good as well as the bang bang shrimp. Service is good and friendly. Ambiance is comfortable with an Asian theme of red and white. There is a nice bar that is well stocked and attended by locals.”
