Been going there for years. Only had an issue one other time. I Got sweet and sour chicken and got sick. Never got it again. But everything else we got was great. This weekend we went and got some seafood and egg drop soups and all good per usual. My son decided to get something different, sweet and sour shrimp. Only thing he ate. He was throwing up throughout the night. Called to ask for a refund or just exchange cost for some more soup. They said no way. They wanted a doctors note saying he got sick from the sweet and sour breaded shrimp and if the doctor said that it caused him to be sick then I would have to submit a claim through their insurance. I’ve never heard of such nonsense. It’s sad they will lose a frequent customer because of how they handled this simple issue. All over $12.95.

I truly love going here the food is fresh, the service was great ,the dinning area clean well maintained its not a lot of seating so we to our food to go but the food was delicious this will be the spot to go for some good old amarrican Chinese

First of all, the lady at the front desk seems to always have an attitude. Very short, and to the point. Doesn’t really make you feel welcomed in there. My second time going there and that was my last. The chicken wasn’t entirely way too greasy, it was brown. My eggrolls were in a bag full of grease. They offered me to bring the food back with no alternative. Stopped going to Jade Café, now I’m done going here.

I found China Taste over two years ago, and have been a steady 1-2 order a month customer ever since. I've only done take out, but the service is great, they let you put in special preparation requests (I like my wings extra crispy) and are very friendly.

My family was sick and won ton soup is easy and good. I'm disappointed when the won tons are not fresh. The color was off and there were no scallions at all, the Crunchy noodles were stale! I bought a large and a small. Like I said we were sick so no one really cared.... except me, since I was the one who paid for it. Call me crazy but I hope for good food when you pay for someone else to cook it!
