We were staying over night headed or family vacation in upstate New York. After putting our toddler down we ordered a plain pepperoni pizza. They were awesome enough to quietly deliver the pizza to our hotel room door. I can honestly say it was the best meal we had our whole trip! We ate the whole large pie because it was addictive. You really need to address your staff.The guy who spins the dough is doing everything.The others are finding ways to do nothing.You are lucky you have such a responsible person working for you.

My last few visits the pizza had been a bit overcooked and lacks the oils of real Brooklyn Pizza. We dined in and the temperature was frigid at best, even the pizza oven guy wore his hoodie...very uncomfortable atmosphere. Still close to the best pizza Erie has to offer.
