The wings were so SALTY I couldn't eat them. They also came to the table less than luke warm. Husband's chicken sandwich was also SALTY, and his fries were cool.

We went there on a Thursday which is bogo nuggets night, so it was very busy, and there was only one bartender working. I don't know if this was a call off by another bartender or if it was planned, but I waited over 20 minutes for a beverage. I had the tenders which were ok, but my reviews are generally based upon the whole experience, so I may or may not go back. Oh, and the app doesn't work - when you try to scan your receipt it shuts down. Happened to everyone at my table. And the app has been an issue for at least a few weeks as I was there for lunch last week and had the same issue.

The food is food but not bad. Beer is beer but also it's beer. Little over stimulating so many TVs but its a sports bar. The hot sauce is actually hot and that is nice. Never had a bad server all around decent place to kill a little time and have a bite and a beer.

I was so disappointed when friends who are regulars that are here 1-2x/week asked that we get a low top for our kids. We saw two open low tops which, without apology or pleasantries was declined. There is nothing unique about this BWW beyond the hostess, her lackey and the waiter’s distraction. I am especially disappointed because the last time we were here, our waiter, a beer and GB Packer fan was great. There are lots of other chains in town. Not sure we will be back.

Went there twice last week. Service can improve.. we were made to sit in the covered patio room since we're 8 members, the window doors had opening letting in old air and making us and food left cold.. service can improve.. food was ?. TVs in that room are oddly placed.. that room needs to be closed or improved for a good experience. Service was good, but our order came wrong once.. so service can improve. Food tastes as expected in buffalo wild wings no complaints at all...Kid-friendliness: My kids love it der.. specially basketball games
The service was very good, always checked up on our table and provided anything we need despite it being busy. They provided the food in a timely manner, and it tasted absolutely delicious. They got every part of our orders correct despite there being lots of guests at our table and lots of customers in general as we came during UFC fight night. Though due to it being fight night it was very loud, which is a given. However, a few customers were being very ignorant to the customers around them. However, I know that is not the restaurants fault but it would have been appreciated if they'd talked to the customers about keeping the noice down and not make a scene.Parking: Parking is free and plenty of spaces to park, most of which are directly in direct line of sight to the front entrance.

Food is always good for Buffalo Wild Wings but Brian needs to fix the issues at his restaurant rather than jumping at people. Piss poor management and won’t even take the complaint and runs and hides to the bar.

This one star is not for this store. This store is clean, the servers are great, the manager is as friendly as can be, and the food is good.One star because the BWW app and rewards program are quite frankly, garbage. Can't get points, can't redeem points. The app is constantly broken, today my server was unable to enter my phone for points as the system is broken.Shame on you BWW corporate. Your rewards system is junk. You're falsely advertising it - there's no way to redeem either in app or in store. 7000 points in, and it's impossible to even get the "rewards" you promised.

I couldn't believe how packed it was here on Thursday evening. My son's group from school met here for dinner and there were about 50 people ( mostly teenagers! ) I got here after they ate for drinks and was impressed with how the staff handled the big group. The kids all seemed to have fun. I was not that impressed with the prices, though. I went to order an appetizer and drink, and the closest waitress was too busy to help me. I went up to the bar and sat down and was able to order a drink there at least, but it was $8 for a large blueberry peach cider, which was OK, I suppose. I really had wanted something to eat, but the extra wings we took home were good reheated at least. If I come again, it won't be on a Thursday night!
