Do not recommend. Terrible communication and owner Brittany does not follow through with what she says she’ll do. ??

****PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE****This venue is no longer ran by Marty. Brittany and her boyfriend tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars 4 days before our wedding. I had been begging for an invoice and she kept insisting that she would get it to me and never did. She finally sent it 4 days before the wedding, and to my surprise, it was almost double what I was expecting to pay. She then refused to speak to me on the phone and instead had her boyfriend talk to us where he was incredibly disrespectful and insistent on the pricing, which was not consistent with the pricing on there website via google. Brittany communicated with me via text to meet at the venue to sort things out. When we arrived, Brittany was not there, only her bf. She refused to speak to us. After insisting on an itemized invoice for pricing, her boyfriend refused, told us they were no longer throwing our wedding, and to leave or he would call the cops. They also kept the $1,500 deposit. It was one of the most stressful weeks of my life. We had to find a venue that catered 100 people in 4 days. Luckily, we went next door to the Brewery at Union Station who offered to throw the wedding the next day. I never want any bride to feel the way I did the week of there wedding. I can't even believe these people claim to run a professional business. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

I love the location and ambiance. It's set up well and very clean. Food is good, some a little pricey, but worth it. Helpful and friendly service.

Nice space, weird management with weird rules.

STAY AWAY. Run schemes to try and up charge brides 3 days before the wedding in order to make thousands more knowing they have no option being close to wedding day. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Do not waste a dime here. I am a wedding professional and I was a part of helping my sister-in- law plan her wedding. In my 9 years of being in the industry I have never experience such unprofessionalism from Brittney, she is the event planner here who is very unresponsive, unreliable, and when a problem arises she has her boyfriend step in to handle things instead. The issue we had to deal with was Brittney deciding FOUR days before the wedding that meals were now $40 per person instead of the agreed upon price. Mind you they have pricing on their website and it is NOT that.So they we're trying to pull a fast one. When my sister-in-law went to meet Brittney, instead of her showing up herself, they were greeted with her boyfriend he was rude and decided instead of righting their wrong, he chose to state that they were no longer going to host the wedding and told them that they would also not be refunding her. This is not the first time this has occurred here either.

Was pretty good food. Service was not so as our server could have been a robot. ?No one around to assist with additional purchases. We left.

Food was amazing service was a bit slow atmosphere is really cool it's a must stop if your into good food and drinks along 20's 30's decor. Just be ready to not be checked on often. Server was attentive when she did come to table but waited awhile after done eating. Let's see if the walk around has any spooky surprises lol.

Very cool vibe here; it used to be a train station! Our server was very sweet. Drinks took a little while to come out, but my razberry cheesecake martini with a graham cracker rim was amazing! My husband liked both beers he got. Appetizers came out quickly! I really liked the fried pirogies with horseradish cream sauce. I also liked my sister in laws bbq nachos! For mains I got the Mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was good but nothing crazy. Definitely a cool place to visit!

I usually never leave reviews like this, but with the stress we had with The Concourse at Union Station, I feel that I should share the experience we had with this venue. My sister had her wedding at this venue this summer and it was difficult to work with. There was lack of communication with the manager on her part. When we reached out she either never responded or took months to respond. The day before the wedding she overcharged the overall cost of the venue by almost $1000, but fixed it once we noticed the up-charge per plate she added. The manager showed up 1 hour late to set up the venue the day before. The day of the wedding she said she would be at the venue at 2pm (wedding was at 5pm) and she never showed up the whole evening. The rest of the staff was kind and helpful, even though they did not know any of the details or preparation for the day.My family set up and tore down the entire venue with little to no help. Sadly, a lot more instances occurred where help was not given and areas of the venue were not taken care of because lack of communication with the staff members.Proceed with caution if you want to use this venue.

We were part of a large group from out of town (over 300) attending a dinner and a presentation. The location turned out to be excellent with lots of nearby parking. The hall is large enough to space tables out - providing a comfortable feeling. The food was excellent and was served in 4 buffet lines to get people through quickly. The presentation was shown on a huge screen so everyone could see clearly. It was a well organized and enjoyable session.

I am writing this because I wish I would’ve known everything I know now before we put a deposit down for this venue last year. We were going to have our wedding reception here this upcoming summer. We had an awful experience with Brittany, and we ended up finding a new venue for our wedding reception which is 6 months away, after we had this venue booked for a year. When we first met with Brittany at the beginning of 2022, she was super energetic and pleasant and told us everything we wanted to hear. A few weeks after, my fiancé and I decided that we wanted our reception here. I should have seen the first red flag when I had a difficult time getting ahold of her just to put a deposit down. When we finally met with Brittany to give her the deposit for our date, we asked about signing a contract. Brittany said “we’ll just sign one when it gets closer”. So therefore, never even had a contract. She told us we could message her about trying food samples throughout the summer to help us pick our menu for the wedding reception. Summer rolls around, I emailed her quite a few times inquiring about the food we could try. We tried two items out of the entire menu because most of the time, I got NO RESPONSE when I reached out to her. In regard to food pricing, when we first met with her she gave us prices for the food and stated “if it goes up at all next year it will only be $1 or $2”. Well she sends us the “new prices for 2023” -after we have had this venue booked for a year- and the baseline price went up nearly $12 per person. The bar prices also changed from when we first met with her, as the Brewery next door is the one who handles the alcohol now. Totally unacceptable to put a deposit down and have prices change. That’s not what we signed up for. But again, partially our fault because she didn’t have us sign a contract. We told her we would like to cancel the venue. Brittany did tell us she would send a check to us and give us our deposit back. This took multiple weeks to get a hold of her. When we finally did, we asked her when we should expect it by. She said she would “put in the mail on Thursday”. Well come Wednesday the following week, we still had not received it. Long story short, and one month later, we finally got the check after WE had to come pick it up. Therefore, she never sent the check in the mail in the first place.I’m glad we did not have our reception here. The process of getting ahold of her was so stressful, I can’t even imagine what it would be like days leading up to the wedding. She boasted to us about how she’s the one who makes the food and does all the planning and how her staff is only part time, so she does everything herself. Clearly it’s not working well for her and she is very unprofessional.
