I went to this mall in May 2023, and it was great! There were a lot of well-organized stores, great pricing on clothes, toys, and shoes, and it was very clean. It wasn't busy, but there were a decent amount of people there. Also, there were a lot of choices when it came to food, as there were many restaurants.

A quiet place has a restaurant, people walk with their families visiting the stores, it has bathrooms and they even bring their children and enjoy themselves, the employees greet you with respect, you can bring wheelchairs and baby strollers and the children enjoy looking at the showcases and the favorite foods, they have areas where you take your rest and talk to the staff so they can help you look for what you need and they have a security guard to help you with whatever you need and they treat you with respect and kindness good job to everyone

Only real mall we got in Erie. Making improvements consistently! 1 level, so not gigantic, but big enough that the neighboring cities who dont have the shopping opportunities we do. No bad tho!
Went to Firebird restaurant food was great waitress was super and personable ,very busy place on a Saturday night but would definitely go back

Very very very poor service i am trying to get hold of property manager i left several voice mail and still I didn’t get any response i think they need to fire managers totally useless people mall is not managed properly poor service lots of empty spaces which i wanna lease and i am unable parking poorly managed get a new management team please
