The few times I've ordered from here, the person on the phone was friendly enough, and my order was always, always ready before my quoted time. The pizza is always tasty, definitely on par or a slice above most of the other pizzas I've tried in Erie. The crust, sauce, cheese and pepperoni all have a great taste and work together. The dough has a good bite to it, and didn't get soggy with greasy toppings. The only negative I've experienced so far when trying to order from here has been that certain items were out of stock at the time I was in the mood to order them (example, the very first time I ended up ordering pizza was because they were out of hamburger meat when I was in the mood for a cheeseburger sub, and so to date I still have not tried one from here). Supply chain issues affect all aspects of restaurant workers, unfortunately, so I can't fault the store for that. Also, you can't go by online website menu pricing (which may have been done by a previous owner) for your order because my Large pepperoni pizza cost exactly what the XL was priced at online. I'm not complaining about the cost though because for the money (around $19 after tip for a large pizza as of this writing), you get a pretty good pizza that tastes excellent. I am also happy that this place takes debit and credit cards, as I rarely have cash on hand. It makes it easy to pay. They also had preprinted tip suggestion boxes on the receipt to checkmark which made adding a tip easier too, without having to scribble one out in my chicken scratch handwriting. As of this review, the business is apparently for sale. I'm not sure if the current owner is not getting enough business or what their reasons for selling are, but I hope they'll continue on until they find a new owner, and that the new owner will keep their pizza tasting the same.

Won a giveaway. Went in last night to claim my large cheese and pepperoni pizza and wings. As always the food was amazing. I have got to say your wings are the best we have had in quite some time. Flavors were good and the wings were meaty. Your staff was very friendly and cordial. Keep doing what your doing! Highly recommend!

Food was truly fantastic, stopped in for a slice of NY style cheese pizza. The crust was perfect, the sauce and cheese were both delicious. I recommend this to anyone looking for the best pizza in Erie!

I stopped here last night after getting my nails done, the gentleman working there was closing up and was more then happy to make us a slice of pizza even though they were minutes from closing! The owner Mike walks in and offers to help make our pizza and greeted usThe environment was friendly! The pizza was THE BEST pizza around! I'm from Cambridge springs and willing to drive there again for a pizza. Definitely deserves the 5 star rating!!

The one guy, who I'm assuming was the manager, was making derogatory comments toward the staff while I was standing there, and he was also short with me and completely ignored me when I asked him a question. I haven't dealt with the other staff members, but that particular guy provided terrible customer service.

When I tell you this is the BEST NY STYLE PIZZA in all of Erie!!! Yes better than stevos, pizza Pete's or any chain in Erie. It's a hidden gem that would thrive if more people knew where it was. It's located right down the road from west lake middle school. Their crust is perfectly brick oven cooked flour dough, the sauce is not to light and not too thick and tastes homemade. The cheese is sooo fresh it tastes like fresh hand grated mozzarella. Fresh ingredients and they use the good pepperoni! And best of all not too greasy! Prices are cheap for the quality, I spent $22 for a pizza, salad & two sodas. If your aren't from the area it's worth the drive!!! Also call ahead if impatient it's a 30 minute wait because they make it with love!!! It's so good I forgot to tell y'all about the service, very very good customer service! The older guy that owns the place is very polite made sure I was taken care of right away and thanked me for stopping by, the rest of the staff were polite as well. Any time I want pizza I'm coming here sorry for no picture I ate the pizza before I could take one.

I personally loved the pizza the price was pretty solid for an extra large. The slices are nice and big. I definitely recommend the pizza if your in the area.

I absolutely love, crave and dream about their Supreme pizza with added ham and black olives....it is absolutely delicious!!! if you haven't tried it...it is 100% worth it!!! Pizza is incredible and the service is great!!

We ordered pizza and wings. After 90 mins it arrived. We are from NY and we're hoping for NY style pizza. Well the pizza was nothing like NY. Maybe dominos? The wings weren't even crispy.... And we ordered a buffalo sauce pizza. We had to put sauce on the pizza..2 stars because it was atleast semi warm. But should definitely change the NY name. ..
