I don't understand how this place is still running. It's the most slow place I've ever been too for a "hot and ready" how does it take 25 mins to make a pizza with bread? If I could give it negative stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve had little Caesar’s from the Sterrettania/26th St location before, and the pizza was good. Decided to get a quick pizza from the West 8th Street location, as I was headed back home and going to pass it, so I placed an online pickup order for a cheese pizza - and paid the 1.50 up-charge for extra cheese (Not a premade 'hot and ready'). When I got home and opened the box to give my kids their food, this is what I got (see pic). This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Was clearly burnt. No extra cheese. The crust was as hard as a rock. And it seemed like the dough was stale even prior to cooking it. How does an employee cook this and look at it and say - "this is good enough for a customer"? I would have taken it back and asked for a new one if it wasn’t going to be another 20min trip. So this monstrosity got tossed into the garbage where it belonged in the first place. Always hot and ready in my experience!Vegetarian options: Make your own pizza! Be creative!Dietary restrictions: Come up with a unique dish that you absolutely love and stick with it for awhile. They take all sorts of requests.Kid-friendliness: I'm sure your kids will enjoy the convenience of not having to wait in a long drive thru or stand in a gritty fast food store waiting in line. Very hostile. Seems like only one person is working even though there are multiple people in the back. Also I was at the front and he looked pasted me and asked a lady what she ordered then began to try and explain why he did it. Very unprofessional!!!

Terribly Slowww service! kids that do more Talking then work while ur pizza is just sitting there.. had to wait Over 30 D*MN min for 2 pizzas!!! listening to them cussing n chatting it up like there wasn't customers in store waiting on them to actually do there job! Last time I'll come to this establishment completely ridiculous it's not that hard nor should it take that long to make 2 simple pizzas!Get it together!Always Long Wait times cause of constant screwing off..AVOID if u can!!

The w 8th Little caesars should be called "LITTLE UNPLEASERS" I tried to call but they turned their ringer off I guess so you have to order online. Waited by the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came out to check, The only thing that is hot and ready there is you being hot and ready to walk out the door without your pizza after waiting for 1/2 hour. If i could give a minus 100 rating that's what it would be. Do not go there! NOT going back, I suggest you not waist one minute of your time going there, very rude staff who just doesn't care.

Pretty terrible experience with customer service and food itself, waited 30 minutes for a cold veggie pizza and a wrong order of pepperoni and sausage without our sauces and we called and they left the phone up after we asked for a manager and then hung up. Don't recommend.
