Honestly, leaving a review for a fast food chain wasn't something I wanted to do. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and 2 sausage burritos with mild sauce. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel, but didn't have any onion. Got my sausage burrito, they gave me hot sauce.Nothing was the end of of the world, just very obvious they're not paying attention to any details. Decent customer service when I was picking up a delivery, the lady working who brought the order was very pleasant and kind. I was surprised though that one of the workers, a young man, was on his cell phone and had his Apple EarPods in while working. I was unaware that those were acceptable during a work shift.

I'm not really complaining and I know that this is one of the busier McDonald's on peach Street, but it took 20 minutes for me to get an order that I ordered at the kiosk with only two people in front of me with very minimal sized orders. During that time someone came in with an order that they were upset about. Manager was very blasé about that interaction and there was just absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff to get orders out in a timely manner. Like I said, no complaints....read full review
